SACRAMENTO -- The Franchise Tax Board announced it will soon begin mailing Notices of Tax Return Change – Revised Balance (FTB 5818B) as a reminder and courtesy to taxpayers. The notices will be mailed starting the first week in July.

Supporting ongoing storm response and recovery efforts, Governor Gavin Newsom today proclaimed a state of emergency in the counties of Contra Costa, Riverside, San Diego, and Yolo, which join the 47 counties for which the Governor has previously proclaimed a state of emergency since the start of severe winter storms in late February.
