Purpose of bulletin

To notify staff that proposed dissolution notices dated January 11, 2019 were sent to 6,564 nonprofit corporations.

Background

Nonprofit corporations that are FTB suspended for 48 consecutive months will be administratively dissolved unless they respond in writing by the notice date.

These notices are mailed to the last known mailing address. The list of corporations are posted to the Secretary of State website.

Go to ftb.ca.gov and search for charities for more information regarding the dissolving of nonprofit corporations.
