The Franchise Tax Board will meet on Monday, April 6, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at the May Lee State Office Complex in the May Lee Auditorium located at 651 Bannon Street, Sacramento, CA 95811.

If you would like to submit written materials pertaining to an agenda item for distribution to Board members in advance of the meeting, please submit the materials to the address below no later than twelve o'clock noon (12:00 p.m.) on Monday, March 30, 2026, to allow staff adequate time to post the materials on the Internet and distribute them to interested persons who have requested notice of Board meetings.
