Franchise Tax Board, Nissan North America, Inc. v. Franchise Tax Board, Toys R Us v. Franchise Tax Board, and California Taxpayers' Association v. Franchise Tax Board.  Closed session is authorized by Government Code section 11126, subdivision (e)(1).
