We disallowed your direct deposit refund request because we cannot deposit more than two refunds into the same bank account.
Why did I receive this notice code?
To alert you that we are unable to directly deposit your refund into your bank account.
You provided a bank account number for your direct deposit refund that has already had two direct deposits requested. We allow only two direct deposits per bank account. If we receive an additional request, we will issue a paper check.
What do I need to do?
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to receive your refund in the mail.
