Audit and Compliance Activities

This report provides the total amount of the credits claimed under Revenue & Taxation Code sections 17059.2 and 23689; it is sent annually to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee by March 1.
New Employment Credit (NEC) Annual Report
The New Employment Credit is an income tax credit available to businesses that increase employment in California. This report provides the total amount of the credits claimed under Revenue & Taxation Code sections 17053.73 and 23626; it is sent annually to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee by March 1.
