Purpose of Bulletin
To notify FTB staff that on March 1, 2017, we will launch a Customer Service Dashboard on the FTB website.
The Customer Service Dashboard displays wait times for the Filing Services Bureau contact center, including the Taxpayer Services Center Section call center, Tax Practitioner Hotline, Secure Chat, and General Chat. It will also display processing timeframes for payments, refunds, returns, and correspondence.
Taxpayers and Tax Practitioners should be encouraged to check the Customer Service Dashboard for self-service options, wait times and processing timeframes.
