  1. Is not available for this tax year,
  2. Expired and there are no carryover provisions,
  3. Is not a California credit, or
  4. Has been suspended.

Why did I receive this notice code?

We disallowed the credit you claimed on your tax return. This changed the amount due or the overpaid tax amount.

What do I need to do?

If you agree with our revision you do not need to contact us. Please update your records. If you have a revised balance due, please pay the amount due.

If you do not agree because you feel you qualify for a special credit, please contact us.
