We revised or disallowed your Enterprise Zone Employee Credit because your California adjusted gross income was more than the maximum qualifying amount.

Why did I receive this notice code?

To qualify for the Enterprise Zone Employee Credit your California adjusted gross income must be less than;

  • $16,334 if you filed Single, Head of Household, or Qualifying Widow(er).
  • $16,334 if you file filed Married Filing Jointly but only one of you worked in an enterprise zone.
  • $32,667 if you filed Married Filing Jointly and you and your spouse both worked in an enterprise zone.

The credit code for the enterprise zone employee credit is 169.
