Purpose of Bulletin
To inform staff starting January 2, 2013, the Delinquency Control (DLC) Program will mail LLCs notices of their return filing requirements.
The DLC Program is a process that identifies certain types of business entity taxpayers who have a history of filing returns but stopped filing for unknown reasons.
Automated DLC LLC Process
The automated DLC LLC process is initiated when Business Entity Tax System (BETS) identifies LLCs that have a filing history but no record of a current return.
