Purpose of bulletin
To inform staff we will mail 250 Notice of Public Disclosure of Tax Delinquency letters February 17, 2011. We will send letters to the top delinquent Personal and Business Entity taxpayers with a tax delinquency over $100,000. We intend to publish this information on our public website beginning April 13, 2011.
California Revenue and Taxation Code §19195 authorizes us to publicly disclose the names, addresses, and secured amounts owed of the top 250 delinquent PIT and BE taxpayers who owe over $100,000. This list is updated annually.
