The FTB requests that taxpayers planning to make presentations submit a written statement before the hearing. Recommended changes to the tax laws should include the appropriate sections of the California Revenue and Taxation Code and the proposed change. Taxpayers may send their statements to:

- PO Box 157
- Rancho Cordova CA 95741-0157
- FAX (916) 845-6614
- email: email@example.com
NOTE: The Bill of Rights hearing will follow a morning session, which will be held for the first time at the Franchise Tax Board, 9646 Butterfield Way, Sacramento, beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 4.
