Starting in the 2008 tax year, we stopped producing the Package X publication due to declining use and rising costs. However, the tax forms and instructions, which were included in the Package X, are still available on our Forms and Publications page.
You can also request forms, instructions, and prior year Package X publications for 2004 through 2007 (free of charge) by calling our Tax Practitioner Hotline at 916.845.7057, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
