Access a demonstration of this service

You will need the following to use MyFTB Account:

• Your social security number.
• Your 2009 Customer Service Number (CSN).
• A We recommend that you log out and close your browser when you are done to ensure the highest level of security.
A note about Customer Service Numbers:
We issue a new CSN to every taxpayer each calendar year. The number is only valid during the year for which it is issued. You can get your current CSN online.
