How does it work? First, you need a copy of your:
- 2007 California state income tax return
On the screen below, type in the amount of California taxes you paid. That's it. Once you have typed in the amount and pressed the CA Tax Receipt button, a page will be generated (your "receipt") showing you how your income taxes are distributed.
When you see your receipt we think you will have a much better understanding of where your government spends your money. Please remember that this is only a general estimate of how your taxes were spent.
