Important (update 6/25/09): The state budget for the 2008/2009 and 2009/2010 fiscal years does not include funding for the Homeowner and Renter Assistance Program (HRA). Since there is no funding for this program, we cannot process and pay claims for these fiscal years.
In addition, funding has been reduced for all existing HRA workloads. As a result, you may experience delays with phone calls or HRA claims and correspondence for 2007 and prior years.
