- Wage Levy:
- An earnings withholding order to withhold part of the debtor's wages to satisfy a debt. (A wage levy is also referred to as a wage garnishment or a wage assignment.)
- Bank Levy:
- An order to withhold funds from the debtor's checking or savings account at a bank, savings and loan, thrift institution, or credit union to satisfy a debt.
