- Make payments payable to Court-Ordered Debt Collections.
- Write your full name, account number, and billing number on the payment.
- Mail your payment and the top portion of your notice to:
- Western Union Quick Collect.
Western Union accepts only cash or credit card payments, no checks, but makes it possible to send a payment to avoid or stop collection actions. - You must have your Court-Ordered Debt account number in order to make the payment.
- You must enter the following information on the Western Union Quick Collect payment form:
- Pay to: CA FranchiseTaxBoard
- Code City: FranchiseTaxBoard, CA
- State: CA
- Sender's name: Your full name
- Account Number with Company: Your Court-Ordered Debt account number from the upper right corner of your notice
- ATTN: Court-Ordered Debt Collections
- Once you make your Quick Collect payment, contact a Court-Ordered Debt representative at (916) 845-4064 to provide your Money Transfer Control Number. This will verify your payment.
