Each year California state employees participate in this charitable campaign by donating money to their favorite charity. This year, FTB was the top department in the State & Consumer Services Agency Division for donations. FTB received the following awards:
- Special recognition as our division contributed $1,096,914 and was the first division ever to contribute more than $1,000,000.
- A Bronze Award for Per Capita Gift of $54.
- A Bronze Award for having a 39 percent employee participation rate.
